mySMB Legal is led by Rebekah Edwards. With more than 25 years in commercial, corporate law and financial services law Rebekah has worked in Sydney and London with top-tier firms Mallesons and Clifford Chance, and investment banks Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan.
A University Medalist in Law, she now brings that big-firm expertise to SMBs — in plain English and with cost certainty. Rebekah is passionate about delivering top quality legal advice and solutions in a practical modern way that challenges the way traditional law firms operate.
Credentials:LLB (First Class Honours, University Medal) and Bachelor of Business (Finance) (Distinction), University of Technology Sydney.

Fixed Fee Packages

Not ready for a subscription? Start with a single matter. Sometimes you just have one thing that needs handling — a contract to review, a letter of demand to send, an agreement to draft. We'll assess it, quote a fixed fee upfront, and get it done for you with cost certainty. If ongoing support would suit you better, we'll say so.

No upfront fees. Monthly invoices start one month after you accept, then monthly from there. Your direct debit is processed on the invoice date each month.
12-month term for subscriptions.
Fair use. Subscription access is subject to commercially reasonable fair use.
Confidentiality. We're bound by strict confidentiality and legal professional obligations. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy (mysmb.com/privacy). We may use trusted third-party technology, including AI, where it helps us serve you properly.
Liability. Our liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.
